How I Went from Unhealthy to Strong & Fit—And How You Can Too!
A few years ago, I was stuck in a cycle of unhealthy habits. Smoking 20 cigarettes a day and drinking far more than I should, I ignored my health—convincing myself that I was too busy to change. I barely worked out, and when I did, it was half-hearted at best. It wasn’t until I started feeling the effects of all those bad choices—fatigue, stress, and that dreaded “just not feeling right” feeling—that I knew something had to give.
What sparked my desire to change? The turning point came when I realised that I wasn’t living my best life. I could barely keep up with basic tasks, let alone perform at my best in work or life. I needed to feel strong and capable, not sluggish and defeated.
That’s when I decided to design a fitness plan that worked for me. One that didn’t require hours at the gym or extreme dieting. I created a simple, yet effective routine that focused on strength and consistency, and made time for it despite my busy schedule.
