Hi, I’m Jaidev —a nurse by profession, a dreamer by heart, and an unshakable believer in the power of transformation. My journey started with long hospital shifts, an unwavering passion for helping others, and a growing awareness that something needed to change—me.

For years, I was the nurse who preached health but secretly struggled with my own habits. I smoked 20 cigarettes a day, turned to alcohol to unwind, and avoided exercise like it was an awkward ex at the supermarket. At 37, I hit my turning point. I realised I couldn’t inspire others to prioritise their health while ignoring my own.

Despite a hectic schedule packed with back-to-back shifts, I made time for just two hours a week of weight training. That’s all it took to kickstart my transformation. Those two hours became sacred—my time to build strength, clear my head, and prove to myself that even the busiest life has room for self-care. Step by step, I quit smoking, swapped cravings for water and mints, and redefined my relationship with alcohol.

As I began to experience the changes in myself, I realised just how many people struggle to make time for their health, especially when life feels overwhelming.
